Training
Part 1:
In the first session of the evangelism training workshop, you will learn how to succinctly write and effectively share your own personal testimony of how accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior has changed your life. We will give you a template to follow and some example testimonies to help you formulate and put into words your testimony. Daniel will guide you in editing your testimony to fit the proper length with captivating content.
You will also learn why it is important to write and share your testimony with others in part I. 1 Peter 3:15 even commands us to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” You will, with our help, then proceed to write your testimony using what you have learned in preparation for part II of the workshop.
Part 2:
For individuals that finished composing their testimony, in the second session of the evangelism training workshop you will have the opportunity to share your testimony with the other participants.
You will also learn an easy method to share the gospel commonly called the “three circle method.” A diagram outlining this evangelistic technique is printed on the inside of your testimony. This prepares you to lead anyone to Christ after sharing how he has saved your life.You will also learn why it is important to write and share your testimony with others in part I. 1 Peter 3:15 even commands us to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” You will, with our help, then proceed to write your testimony using what you have learned in preparation for part II of the workshop.
