IROK

IROK Construction Company is a family-owned business located in South St. Petersburg, (727-434-1828 www.irokbuilds.com).  Mr. Kori Monroe Founder and CEO of IROK Construction Company, has grown it to be one of the most prominent and respected construction companies in Tampa Bay. Kori and his wife, Twanna are the recipients of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Humanitarian Award for 2024. They were honored for their dedication to our community since 2001. Their Infinite Potential Learning Academy & Daycare Center are also an example of their dedication.

We have been working with De’Jour Monroe on projects linked to a recent grant we received from Hillsborough County to help Tampa homeowners replace their roofs. The grant recipients are low income disabled, elderly, veterans and single parents. It was a lengthy process to get the grant approved, and De’Jour was integral in helping us gather the estimates, pictures and various other information needed to obtain the grant. IROK Construction is in the process of replacing the roofs for at least 6 homes in Hillsborough County that were approved by funding from the grant! Thank you to everyone at IROK Construction Company for your dedication to the community, to “the least of these” and your commitment to excellence!
